Headroom Web Studio

Websites for recording studios.

I build websites for independent studios: your rooms, your rates, and a simple way for artists to book. You see a mockup of your site before you pay anything, then decide.

Good sites work the same way: clear, fast, and never maxed out.

Got an email from me about your studio?

That's me, Erfan. I look for studios that could use a better website, build a mockup of what one could look like, and send it over. Here's how to know it's real, and what it means for you.

How it works

  1. You see a mockup

I build a preview of your site from your public listing, so you can judge the work before anything else.

  2. We talk

A quick call to go over what you like, what to change, and how artists book with you today.

  3. You send your content

Photos of your rooms and gear, your rates, your logo. Phone photos are fine.

  4. It goes live

Usually within a week of getting your photos and info, on your own domain. You own the site.

Pricing

One price for the site, no contract. Add-ons only if you want them.

Studio website

$500

A mobile-friendly site with your real photos, services, rates, hours and address, plus a session request form. Set up on your own domain, and the files are yours.

Online booking with deposits

+$150

I set up a booking app like Square Appointments or Calendly so artists can pick a time and pay a deposit, and connect it to your site.

Care plan (optional)

$30/mo

Text and photo updates when your rates or rooms change, and fixes if anything breaks.

You pay half to start and half when you approve the finished site. Domain names are separate, usually $10 to $20 a year, and registered in your name.

Questions studios ask

Is this a scam?

No. I'm a real person you can call at (510) 984-8989. You never pay to look at a mockup, I never ask for passwords or card numbers by email, and you only pay once you've decided you want the site, by invoice.

Did you change my current website?

No. The mockup is a separate page on my preview site. I can't touch your website or accounts, and nothing about your current site changes.

Where is the site hosted?

On your own account, so you control it. Most studios use Netlify's free plan. I send you the files with step-by-step instructions, or set it up with you on a short call.

Who owns the website?

You do. The files, the domain, and the hosting account are all yours.

What if I want changes later?

Small updates are covered by the optional care plan, or I can quote a one-time change.
